Set up in two steps

  1. Open Clearsize and click “Turn it on” (or “Open the theme editor”), switch on “Size chart (automatic)”, Save.
  2. Create a chart (start from a template or paste from a spreadsheet) and choose where it shows.

Common questions

The size chart doesn't show on my product page.

Open the app: the top of the home page says whether the size chart is on in your live theme. If it's off, click “Turn it on”, switch on “Size chart (automatic)” in the theme editor and click Save. Then check that the chart is Active and that it matches the product (picked products, collections, tags, product types or vendors).

Can I put the link somewhere else on the page?

Yes. In the theme editor, open your product template, add the “Size chart” block where you want it, and save. When the block is placed, the automatic link steps aside so it never shows twice.

Several charts match one product. Which one shows?

A product you picked directly on a chart always uses that chart. Otherwise the matching chart with the highest priority wins.

How do I move my charts from another app?

Copy the table from a spreadsheet (or export from your old app to CSV and open it in a spreadsheet), then paste it into “Or paste from a spreadsheet” in the chart editor.

What happens to my charts if I uninstall?

They stay in your store under Content → Metaobjects → Size chart. Nothing in your theme is left behind.

How does billing work?

Free has no limits. Pro is $5.99/month or $59/year with a 14-day free trial, billed by Shopify. Cancel any time from the Plan page and unused days are refunded. If your size charts aren't showing on your store for 30 days, we switch you back to Free automatically.
